Emails notifications about notices, warnings and errors

WordPress send emails about fatal errors but not about notices and warnings neither Javascript errors..

WP tools plugin can record at error log file and send emails to administrator also when notices, warnings and Javascript errors happens. Remember: WP tools plugin can also shown to you the error log file.
